New hotel, new design, good conditions, Beside the chip potato everything looked clean..
Internet rate: 5€ an hour, 9€ 24h... We had one chip potato (from last client before us) 5 days near our bed and when we gone the chip potato was still there.. Some rude employers. We didn't had car, so we spent about 1 hour to go and to arrive every day to the hotel..it's very far and the last bus is at 20.15h, after that, only by taxi..

The hotel was very clean
The hotel was very out the way from the city but on the good side the hotel has a bus that drops and collects you from the metro station that takes you into town. Get provisions in town as the nearest shop is 2.5 miles walk through an industrial estate.

The hotel was great since very new and had everything we expected. Rooms where spacious and very comfortble. Breakfast was good
The location was terrible. It was very far from the centre, 4 km, with no public transport to the hotel. There is a shuttle only certain times, but not practical to come back. We took the metro to the last station and was told by the hotel staff that there will be taxis that we can take to the hotel. We arrived at the station just after 10 in the evening, there were no taxis in site. We tried hopelessly to hail a taxi from the street, however, none came past for over 45 minutes, we were then told to walk, to the previous metro station where there were supposedly a taxi rank, we walked 10 minutes to the station, but again there were no taxis.. eventually we asked one of the locals to help us call a taxi, which took 20 minutes to arrive.

Nice hotel with modern design, the hotel staff were so helpful.
Unfortunately the location of the hotel is a bit far from city centre.

Everything was great, including welcoming staff and perfect location in outskirt of Milan next to an industrial area.

Value for money. Good breakfast. Pretty reach for such money. My cousin with his wife (were traveling with me) booked and paid double in advance through the agency. But during check-in he turned out that there was a mistake from the hotel's side and there is no free room for him. The good thing was that the hotel advised him to move to the central Idea hotel in Milano (10 min to Duomo by foot). And all of this for the same price!
Permanent huge queue on reception. Check-in process is sooo slow that you need to wait 15-20 min in queue. (Only one receptionist) Quite expensive restaurant in comparison to the quality and variety of dishes.

The shuttle service is unreliable!!! Improving cleanliness standards would make a significant difference!!! The lack of nearby dining options is inconvenient to explore!!! Consider adding more amenities for a better experience!!!

I thought the rooms were nice and relatively clean. The staff were quite helpful. Food was nice.
It is a little out of the way and quite a distance from the centre of Milan. We came to go to a concert at San Siro but didn't manage to make it into the city other than to travel home for this reason. You really need a car to travel here, otherwise you are relying on expensive taxi's or the metro and then a bus ride. It was also quite expensive in the bar and restaurant which I feel is taking advantage of a captive audience; if you don't have a car you can not get out to eat because there isn't anywhere else to eat close by. On the night of the concert the price of the room almost doubled which I also feel it taking advantage of the number of guests who wanted to be close to the stadium.

Very unfriendly and arrogant staff at the reception and at breakfast, poorly isolated rooms, lots of noise from neighbours. Restaurants was closed for the Easter weekend and staff could not give any information regarding other places for dinner. Not suitable for those who dont have a car as there is nothing in the immediate area.

Not recommended for family stays
One good thing about this place was the fast wi-fi , made it easier for my kids to stream their shows. The location was close to a popular spot, saved us some time.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still bearable overall.

The hotel was nice and the rooms tidy and clean. The price was about 50 Euro per day including breakfast which I could characterize as the best value for money.
The hotel is situated outside Milano in the area Settimo Milaneze. We booked there because our vacations besides Milano, included travelling by car to the Como lakes and Lugano, Switcherland. You will be having some troubles finding the hotel if you don’t have a gps. The hotel staff is not very effective in providing guidelines or any information concerning Milano.

The hotel is very clean and well serviced. The bed is huge. The bathroom is very modern. The best part was breakfast with a very large variety of cereals, fresh fruit, sweets, yoghurt, cold meats, hot and cold beverages as well as a delicious cooked breakfast. Great value for money. We will definitely stay there again.
The only drawback is that the hotel although conveniently located near the main highways, is quite far from the nearest metro which can only be reached by car (approx. 8-10 minute drive), but for most people this is not really a problem.
